NABSD is an acronym for Naval Academy Business Services Division. Their activities support directly the midshipmen and their activities. Since their inception we have been an approved vendor. We contribute 20% of our sales back to NABSD in order to support your son/daughter while at the Academy.

Naval Academy Business Services Division

Naval Academy Business Services Division (NABSD) is an integral part of every midshipman’s life, providing myriad products and services that are an essential part of Academy life.

We are extremely proud of the Brigade of Midshipmen and take great pride in their accomplishments as they develop into the next generation of our nation’s Navy and Marine Corps leaders.

During the course of each year, NABSD’s staff washes and dry cleans over 1.5 million pounds of clothing. Our barbers and beauticians provide over 50,000 haircuts. NABSD’s tailors alter and repair over 160,000 clothing and uniform items. Our cobblers repair 3,000 shoes, and the staff issues more than 85,000 textbooks.

100% of Every Dollar of Profit Supports the Brigade of Midshipmen

NABSD also operates various retail and dining establishments on the Naval Academy Yard. 100% – Every dollar of profit raised through the sale of goods and services allows NABSD to support the Brigade of Midshipmen by enhancing their cultural and educational experience through funding of club sports, extracurricular activities and many other quality of life functions. We fund the arts through our world-renowned Glee Club, support top level sports like the National Champion Club Softball Team and host Brigade-building events like the Army-Navy Pep Rally.
