Q: What is a "COFFEE TABLE BOOK"? A: It is a four-color printed book that includes photographs of your choosing including class, company, platoon, squad pictures. It is just like a photo book you buy at a Barnes and Noble. The FORMATTED version include grouping of photographs, name of evolution with a brief description.

Q: How many photos and pages are in the book? A. The number of pages will be determined by how many photos your order.
Q: What is a "FORMATTED" book? A.The "FORMATTED" version of the book includes the following: grouping of photographs by evolution, description of the event along with the name of the evolution. The FORMATTED book also includes a standard foreward. The evolutions are not put in order, neither or the photographs placed in the order they occurred during the evolution.
Q: Is the Oath of Office photograph included as one of the prints that is the pricing structure? A. No, it is not. You also do not need to place the Oath of Office photograph in your MY WALDO in order for it to be place on the front of the book. If you place the Oath of Office photograph in your MY WALDO, it will be included in your book as well as on the front of the book.
Q: What will the copy say if we order the FORMATTED version of the book?

Q: What size are the prints? A. Depends on the book you order. All the books are horizontal. The vertical photographs you chose will be a little less than the vertical dimension of the book. For the CLASSIC book, this is about 8.75 inches. For the DELUXE book, it is about 11.5 inches. If you choose a horizontal photograph, the horizontal dimension will be a little less than the width of the book.

Q: Does the book include a book jacket? A: YES.
Q: Can you place the prints in the COFFEE TABLE BOOK so there is no grey border? A: Sorry, not possible. Vertical photos will have grey border on right and left. See illustration on right. A horizontal photo will have a gray border on top and bottom.
Q: Can I place more than one picture per page? A: If you order only 20 pictures, each one will be on a separate page. If you order more than 20 photographs, we will sometimes put 2 images on a page. If you wish only one image per page, call Eleanor for special pricing.

Q: Can I change my order once I place it? A: Sorry, you can not.
Q:What is the finish of the photographs? A: Lustre
Q: What kind of printing is used? A: Four color offset printing -- just like a published book.
Q: If I order a second copy at the same time I place my order, can I receive a discount? A: Yes, you can. There is a discount.
Q: Which book do you recommend? A: The CLASSIC. It is the most popular.
Q: How do I order? A: Place all the photographs you want in the book to your MY WALDO. Then click on the Coffee Table Book option under the PRODUCTS dropdown tab.
Q: Does the book have captions? A: Yes, if you order the FORMATTED VERSION. Otherwise it does not.
Q: Are the photographs placed in chronological order? A: No, but if you order the FORMATTED version, they will be grouped.
Q: Can you custom crop a photograph? A: Sorry, not possible.
Q: What happens if I make a mistake with a photo that does not include my son/daughter? A: Sorry, we can not do anything.
Q: Can I place one of the "First Class" PLEBE PORTRAITS in the COFFEE TABLE BOOK? A: Yes, you can. Please contact Eleanor at (410) 897-9573 for price, etc.
Q: How do I indicate which photos I want in the COFFEE TABLE BOOK?
A: Once all photos have been posted (which is at the end of Parents Weekend), delete from MY WALDO all images you do not want in the COFFEE TABLE BOOK. Then order book. We will automatically place in the book all photographs in your MY WALDO.

Q: How many photos will be on each page? A: One, but we may place two. Never more than two. If you wish more than two, please order ARCHIVAL PRINTS and then find a company on the internet so you can be creative with your design.
Q: Will I see PROOF of the book before it is printed? A: YES we will send you one. We do not order the printing of the book until it is approved.
Q: Do you edit the photographs? A: YES we do. Editing Info.
Q: Do you crop the image? A: YES. We do not crop out any plebes that are in the photographs.

Q: When will I receive the COFFEE TABLE book? A: Before XMAS if you return the hard copy proof of the book on time.
